• On the site and in marketing, for example when you request a demo, Eixos Inteligentes, Lda. is the controller of your data.
• Inside the product, the auditor's customer data is processed by foraudits as a processor, and the auditor, ESCO or body is the controller. That processing is governed by the Data processing agreement.

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company and message, so we can contact you about foraudits. We also collect technical site usage data and cookies, described in the Cookie policy. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We process this data based on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and presenting the product, on pre contractual steps at your request, on compliance with legal obligations and, for non essential cookies, on your consent.

Energy bills, reports and the data extracted from them belong to the auditor and its customers. We process them only to provide the service, on the customer's instructions. We store data in the European Union and isolate each auditor's data from any other company's. Customer documents are not used to train our models or those of third parties. Details are in the Data processing agreement.

We use sub-processors for hosting, database, email delivery and AI processing. The list is on the sub-processors page. The database, storage, hosting, extraction compute and AI review are in the European Union. The only transfer outside the EU is email delivery, through Resend, with appropriate safeguards, for example the EU US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We keep site contact data for the duration of the relationship and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Data inside the product is kept under the contract and the Data processing agreement, and deleted or returned at the end.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, contact privacy@wearefractional.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, per customer isolation and access controls. The measures are described in the Data processing agreement.

Eixos Inteligentes, Lda. is not required to appoint a data protection officer given the nature of its processing. For any privacy question, contact privacy@wearefractional.ai.
